~~ Here and There ~~ Joanna Burke would like to thank everyone for their love and prayers during her son Terry's illness and death. Monday, March 29-Saturday, April 3 we will be having
Interactive Stations of the Cross. This is an "open-house" style so
people can come for prayer and reflection, spending as much or as little time as
they so choose. Pastor Julia and Todd will be on hand to greet and guide
folks as they begin. Maundy Thursday service will be a "Thirty Pieces of Silver" service and everyone is encouraged to bring offering in the form of coins as part of the worship. This is at 7 PM at the church on Thursday, April 1st. The Community Good Friday Service is at 7 PM on April 2nd, hosted by the Church of Christ. the speaker this year will be Doug Roop, director of Youth For Christ. Easter Sunday will begin with a Sunrise Service at
7:30 AM. A "New Cookbook" will be published as a UMW fund raiser. We would love for everyone to submit their favorite or family recipes. Our recipe forms are in the fellowship hall. There is a box to put your recipes in on a table in the fellowship hall.
